Hi Mike / Andy
The IOC have been busy recently with several new splits like Maghreb, Atlas & Basalt Wheatear, Green Bee-Eater splits, and Prinia splits. Are we going to see this soon on Bubo Listing ?
Regards, Vince.

IOC 11.2 is still in draft at the moment, but we will apply them when it is finalised. They have gone a bit mad this time, so it might take us a few days...!

Thanks for the update Mike.
Time to get out into the WP again after the restrictions, maybe not this year though.

Hi, very minor thing to bother you about but Grey-headed Swamphen is treated as rare in the IOC WP list even though it breeds within the region.

Shouldn't be. Do you mean the two confusingly similarly named Sulu Jungle Flycatcher Cyornis ocularis and Sula Jungle Flycatcher Cyornis colonus?!
