Bubo Listing Badges.

Hi everyone
Happy new year to one and all.
I am keen to link my London area lifelist, Dagenham Chase lifelist and Dagenham Chase 2010 yearlist to Andrew Self's London Bird Club Wikia site. Although i have some basic PC skills,im a bit daunted by copying and pasting and linking from bubo. I read the email instructions but it just doesn't make sense to me !
If i can manage to link the info between the two sites, it would save me a lot of updating on The London Bird Club site and maybe attract a few punters to Bubo !
Any advice would be much appreciated,

At the moment there is only the choice of one or two lists for the badge, so you would have to choose two from the three.

I have put one on my blog, in my settings screen there was the option to add different "elements". I picked the one that was labelled something like "Insert Link" or "HTML Link" and then copy and pasted the link info generated by BUBO. Unfortunately I haven't used wiki applications, but if you aren't inserting an object, there should be an HTML button or option, which will put [html] before and after the link text.

The BUBO code is generated automatically, all you have to do is click on the star beside one of the lists you want to use, then select 1st or 2nd position.

The new BUBO badges allow you to display the total and last tick details for one or two of your lists on other websites (as you can see in my forum signature below). The only requirement is that on your website you are able to display an image which is linked from another website. James described how his blog allows you to do this. I'm also not familiar with the London Bird Club wiki but having had a quick look at londonbirders.wikia.com/wiki/League_Table_2010 it seems to be that anyone (not even restricted to registered users) just edits the entire page when they want to make any updates and enters whatever text they want to - is this correct? If so I think you could easily add a link to say something like "Full list available on BUBO Listing..." which people could click on to go to BUBO Listing. However I can't see any easy way of using the BUBO Badges for this purpose.

Feel free to explain in more detail by direct email to me and I'll see if anything can be done.
