Hi,
I cannot seem to find White-rumped Swift on the new IOC edition for WesternPal lists. Am I missing something obvious?
Help appreciated

Hi Mark
You're not missing something obvious: it is indeed missing! Have added it now. Thanks for pointing it out.

Four new species have been recently added to the IOC Western Pal list, maintaining this as the only up to date WP list out there. The additions are:
Cinnamon Teal: one in Morocco in Oct 2016 has been accepted by MRBC as the first for the WP;
Eastern Cattle Egret: one photographed in Kuwait just last week (Jahra Pools);
Grey-headed Lapwing: one in Turkey earlier this spring;
Vega Gull: the Irish bird of Jan 2016 has been accepted by IRBC.
Thanks to the guys at Bubo for the speedy updates.

Another new species added to the IOC Western Pal list today, Pale Martin. The Kuwaiti Records Committee have accepted the bird in Nov 2017 as the first for the WP. Thanks again to the guys at Bubo.
