You can actually choose favourite lists you want to display on your home page:
bubo.org/your-personal-home-page.html

If you aren't logged in, or have no favourites set up, then we try to work out where you are (from IP address) and show lists from that country, but this isn't always foolproof, partly because we use a less accurate database for this rather than pay for better!
