Northern Harrier (Circus cyaneus) missing from World List?

Hello,
Not sure if this the right spot for this question/observation. I've noticed that the Northern Harrier (Circus cyaneus) doesn't seem to be on the Clement's data base - is it listed under another name? Seems to be on the other NA lists. Since I've restarted my life lists, I need every bird I can get
Thanks,
Dave

Shows ok on my Clements World List (small as it is) Northern Harrier Circus cyaneus, mind you from the UK it took some investigation to match it to our Hen Harrier!!!

Weird - I just checked it again today and now it does show up. I was adding it to multiple lists and the other three took the bird but my world list didn't. Yesterday I looked for it using both common name and latin name and couldn't find it, even a manual search through the hawks didn't turn it up. Browser issue maybe?? Oh well, it's all good now.
Cheers,
Dave
