Can i count Ringed species on my list

Can i count Ringed species on my list was created by katy Hugh

If i have caught and ringed a species while undertaking bto ringing but i have not seen it while on a birding visit can i count that on the list?

Of course - birds are difficult enough to find sometimess anyway.
