SACC list for South America was created by Mike Prince
The comprehensive
SACC (South American Classification Committee) list
is now available on BUBO Listing for all South American lists. This is the most authoritative list for the region, and provides a wealth of information via the
SACC checklist website
regarding taxonomic status of all species included. If only all authorities provided as much useful detail!
We also intend to produce SACC based lists for individual South American countries soon.
