Hi Dave
As we discussed over email, you can sort by Date to see species listed in order of the date of the sightings, but there isn't any way to view them based on the date you added them to the site. We do record a Date Created and Date Updated in the database, so could potentially add these into the file you get when you download a list if people thought it would be useful.
