Birder when I was very young and then stopped doing it. Started again in my twenties but other things got in the way. Only really being doing this semi-seriously since 2010 and the emphasis is still on the word 'semi' here! Interested in anyone wanting to join up for a bit of birding around the West Midlands or further occasionally as petrol prices are killing me!

My enthusiasm often outweighs my ability, but I love to watch all birds.
Keen birder from Warsaw, Poland. Currently discovering the joys of patching with the occasional twitch as well as good birding all over the country
I love colorful birds! And interesting social behavior in species.
A passionate young birder, twitcher & naturalist. Mainly birding in the UK.
Professional Accountant with interest in travel, birds, wildlife and nature.
I am 20 years old and have been birding all my life. My local patch is Chew Valley Lake and I also go ringing there. I have some brilliant birds on my "birds I have seen but was too young to tick" list like Black Lark when I was 18 months, which mum says that I pointed at and shouted "birdy!", my fourth word. I year listed in the UK in 2009; I wanted to try and see 300 birds in Britain and to beat my mum (which I did!). I loved doing so much birding in 2009. I kept a great notebook that year. My sister, Ayesha, saw 400 birds in the UK when she was still 12 years old - I wanted to beat that and saw 400 birds in the UK when I was 9 years and 5 months. I love world birding, seeing the birds, the conservation projects and meeting indigenous peoples. In August 2019, age 17 year old, I became the youngest person in the world to see half the birds of the world, which was a Harpy Eagle. It was a bird I had really wanted to see from when I was 8 and visited Ecuador. When I was 7, I set myself a goal to go to all the continents before I was 15 which I was lucky enough to do when I was 13. Fighting against biodiversity and climate breakdown is something really important to as is ensuring equal access to nature for all/

Have birded seriously since the mid-eighties--got turned on in Arizona! My goal is 700 ABA which I hope to reach within my lifetime! (Mainly pelagics left to do which I'm very POOR at!) In addition to the ABA area I've birded Costa Rica, Trinidad/Tobago, Peru and the Galapagos Islands. My most enjoyable trip was to England, where I stayed in the home of some birders who lived near Colchester. They took me to Norfolk! I would like to meet other birders who might be interested in guiding on their home turf and/or doing house exchanges. I live in Pueblo, Colorado in the USA. My e-mail is chukar99@hotmail.com
I am a software engineer. Love to travel and hike. Right now trying to learn photography and birding. Anything about nature interests me...
