Clememts changes - a problem

Hello

For those people that use Bubo as their primary record keeping, with dates & locations where first seen, the latest Clements split and lumping is a bit of a disaster. I no longer know where & when I saw Orchard Oriole, or Epaulet Oriole. Is there any chance you could furnish the "deleted records" to aid people in recreating their lists. In many cases, no change will in fact be required, for example my Orchard Oriole is still an Orchard Oriole, as is my Epaulet Oriole, if that makes sense.

Hi Jonathan, and anyone else that this concerns.

Yes, in the course of undertaking this massive update, I stupidly forgot that people would still want the deleted records for the dates and locations. Many apologies.

However..... we do have backups, which Mike kindly accessed for me today, so I can furnish you with your missing records (and I'll email them to you now).

If anyone else wants their missing records, just drop me an email at andy@bubo.org and I'll send you them.

Sorry again for the inconvenience - it was a mammoth task and my brain went a bit wobbly after a while!

Superb, thanks a lot Andy. Luckily my World list is paltry, so it only took me 5 minutes to add various species back in, thanks to your email. I lost 2 in the end, Teal & American HG, but I expect they'll be back at some point!!
