Suggest. I have been looking at my target list and it appears that people are counting say "Great Bustard" seen in Wiltshire and Somerset at gen wild birds. Why not add an additional species to the list "Re-intro Great Bustard" or add a qualifier tick box. The same method could be used for claims that have not been adjudicated by the rarities committee. There are still people entering sighting from Ireland onto their British Lists. I do not know how you get around this.
