Following the recent IOC decision to lump all the Lesser Whitethroats, both Hume's and Desert LW have been removed from the WP list.

Two more additions to the WP list:

Mitred Parakeet is now Category C in Spain, easiest to see in Barcelona.

Southern Carmine Bee-eater has been accepted by the Turkish RC (Samsun, May 2023).
