I can see you do have Tawny Pipit on your British list bubo.org/view-list.html?list_id=3683 but without location details. You can edit this if you wish to show that it was from Waxham.

Sorry, but I have no idea! I expect that area gets Tawny Pipits most years. You can put a rough date in based on when you saw it if you don't know exactly.

Looking at the list of Norfolk lists, I looked at Tawny Pipit and a couple of people Norfolk ticked a bird at Waxham Pipe dump on 1st June 2008. Could this be the bird you saw?
