I can think of two that beat it easliy.
The Junco that turned up in Hampshire at Church Crookham over three periods between May 30th 1987 to March 7th 1990.
The White Throated Sparrow at Old Winchester Hill from November 5th 2008 into Spring 1989 was reported to still be present into Spring 2011.
