BUBO insisting on date and place for BW stilts

I just tried to enter black-winged stilts. As the record is sensitive, I intended to leave place blank, but give the date, which didn't give much away as I had visited three counties that day. However, I couldn't, as BUBO refused to accept it, saying that I had to give a place because black-winged stilt was a rarity.

Black winged stilt is not a rarity. It was removed from the BBRC list earlier this year, I had to mark the record as sensitive instead, which I was trying to avoid

While we're on the subject, if submitting a sighting as sensitive, the location can be easily deduced by viewing a list sorted by location order. I've fallen into that trap myself. If you want to keep the location but not the date secret, you could maybe call the location "secret location" or similar.

Where do you see this? I just checked someone's list with a sensitive species and the location, marked with asterisks, sorted at the end so didn't give a clue.
