Changing list category

Can I change a year list to a life list? (It’s my South Africa list that I chose the wrong category for.)

Yes - go to Create New List and at the bottom you can see an option to Copy from Existing List. That will make you the life list, then you can delete the year list.

I found my mistake while idly 'Viewing All Lists'. Beyond that, there still seem to be anomalies in the software collecting lists under that menu item—sometimes X number of lists are indicated as available, but all do not appear in the result. Or sometimes a result shows 0 lists, when I know there is at least one (mine). Has anyone else reported such?

I'm not aware of any anomalies, although the number of lists shown in the location 'tree' can be confusing: this is the total number of lists for the location whether life, year etc and across all possible authorities. However when viewing lists you have to choose the exact lists you want to see so this number will not match up. For example, there are currently 1,973 World lists but you can't see them all together as they are of different types, e.g. 1,109 IOC life lists, 500 Clements life lists etc. This might be what you were noticing?
