Can't search listers

Whenever I try to search listers from the drop down menu from "view lists" the page just refreshes to adding sightings and does not take you to the search listers function.

It seems to be working fine, at least on Chrome on Windows 10. What are you using?

I'm using the android app. The drop down menus don't allow you time to choose an option. The page refreshes before you can touch the screen to choose. It works fine on the desktop version.

There isn't an Android app Les.

You are presumably viewing the website on your phone. We've tried to improve the responsiveness of the site for phone users, but this isn't always straightforward and we don't have a big development team working on this (there's just Mike in his spare time). I'm sure Mike will look into whether there's a simple fix he can put in, but for now, I'd recommend if you want to search listers, just do it from a desktop.

Thanks for that Also I'm unable to view other listers lists, on the phone app or on the desktop version. I can search and find them but any lists they have are not shown.
1 more thing, I cannot update my profile. I've forgotten my log in password and to be able to login I have to click the link for forgot login and then wait for a new password generated and sent by email. Very annoying.

This is a problem with menus that rely on hover (like ours), because you obviously can't hover on a mobile browser. However, there is a workaround. Use a long press on the menu option (View Lists in this case). If you are using Google Chrome you get a popup with Open in new tab etc. Press the back button to dismiss this and you will then have the submenu displayed, and can choose View Listers.

1 more thing, I cannot update my profile. Once I enter the generated password I've been given, I got to my profile to enter my own new password, but there isn't an option to update my profile/password. I'm left having to use the password that the system has generated for me. Very annoying having to try and remember for eg: RRt08Nutr03l every time you logon.
I've not had any problems up until recently.
