Correcting others' mistakes

Correcting others' mistakes was created by Steve Lister
Browsing what I have missed so far this year (loads!!) I see that single listers have claimed Redhead at Titchwell, Pallas's Reed Bunting in Dorset and Tree Swallow I think in Shropshire. Now they may well be correct but if so they kept very quiet at the time and I suspect that all three, and maybe a few less obvious ones, will be mistakes entering species.
Could there be an easy way of bringing such mistakes to listers' attention ?

As well as these, which I presume are either miss-IDs or added instead of an intended species, there are quite a lot of species that have been added to the wrong lists. Every time I download a new Norfolk targets list I have to get rid of Tengmalms, Hawk and Scops Owls, all apparently seen at a nursery in Lincolnshire. We also now have a Tree Swallow and several others. It's easily done, at one point I had Crested Tit and Roller on my Norfolk list by accident, but luckily(?) I have thorough friends who soon noticed and took the p*ss!
