600 and 601

Hi folks, following recent BOU decisions, we've now added Yelkouan Shearwater (number 600!) and Cackling Goose (number 601) to the BOU list on BUBO. Actually, the latter was already these as a "pending" species, but it's now officially a wild British bird. (Well, some of them are, some aren't, but we'll leave that to your own consciences)

P.S. We've also treated updated the "Britain and Ireland" list accordingly.
