I believe that this needs the following amendments:-
Delete Fea's Petrel (split & none accepted to species level)
Delete Hudsonian Whimbrel (lumped)
Delete Thayer's Gull (lumped)
Add Tundra Bean Goose in addition to Taiga Bean Goose
Add Least Tern in addition to Little Tern
Add Red-tailed Shrike (Turkestan) in addition to Daurian (Isabelline) Shrike
Add Stejneger's Stonechat in addition to Siberian (maurus) including variegatus (ie Caspian)
Add Eastern Yellow Wagtail in addition to (Western) Yellow Wagtail
Add Two-barred Warbler in addition to Greenish Warbler
Add Eastern Orphean Warbler as pending species in addition to Western Orphean Warbler
