Guide Book?

Can anyone tell me which is the best guide book to get for Nepal??

Any advise for a female birder who will probably be travelling alone?

Admittedly it has been 10 years since my visit but then Grimmett & Inskipp was the guide most people went for. I believe they're still well respected.
Can't help too much with your other question; but the Nepali guides at Chitwan, Koshi etc are both good and nice. good luck.
