American Golden Plover - first for Finland was created by Mike Prince
A first-winter American Golden Plover Pluvialis dominica currently present on the island of Hailuoto, Tömppä, Suomi is the first record for Finland. (Photos are available on the
Tarsiger website
.) Presumably this was a predictable species to occur given their regularity in western Europe. It has now been added to the Finland list on BUBO Listing.
