IOC World List Updates v2.11 was created by Mike Prince

We have just updated our IOC list to v2.11 . Yes I know this is still one behind, but v3.1 will follow soon

Of main interest to listers will be the split of the widespread oriental Greater Flameback Chrysocolaptes lucidus into several different species.
