Back-up system

Is there a back-up to BUBO  should the system implode ie somewhere the details can be exported?

I take regular backups and can restore the site if needed so data is reasonably safe, with typically the exception of any updates made in the last 24 hours or so.

However, more relevant is probably if I was to implode personally! The safest thing therefore is to make sure you download your important lists from time to time.
